During a time of pandemic in our country, I decided it was time for a change in my professional career. I onboarded with the Bowman Group to be the Director of IT for their porfolio of companies. I have the challenge of creating a strategic technology roadmap to aid in leading their companies to the future with a world-class IT Team.
I spent four years focusing my studies on manaegment, analytics, and evidenced-based leadership. This foundation helped to create my political drive. My dissertation focused on the "Effects of Strategic Alignment and Business and IT Alignment on Organizational Optimization.
A person can only hope to be lucky enough to find their other half in life. I have been blessed to find Valerie in this world, providing insight and value to every aspect of my life. We are excited to be starting a family together and can't wait to drive the needed change in our world.
After completing my undergraduate degree in Computer Science, I focused in a technology management fucntion for my graduate degrees. I obtained my Masters in Business Administration and my Masters in Management of Information Systems And Services.
I started my career at the Volvo Group as an Intern through Shepherd Univesrity. I had the privledge of continuing my education while working full time for Volvo Group until Graduation. I was with the Volvo Group for 10 years and worked within Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Process & IT and a large focus on optimization and innovation.
